10. Payment Authorization and Verification

RWRTAO currently sells and delivers products to customers within the United States.

We do not currently accept or deliver orders to addresses outside the United States unless otherwise clearly stated during checkout.

15. Fulfillment and Shipping
Products intended for customers in the United States are prepared and dispatched through our U.S.-based fulfillment arrangements.

The specific fulfillment location may vary depending on product availability, inventory allocation, and delivery destination.

The U.S. customer service mailing address displayed on our website is not necessarily the location from which an order is dispatched.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

After dispatch, standard delivery normally takes approximately 5–10 business days.

The estimated total time from order placement to delivery is generally approximately 6–13 business days.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, severe weather, carrier operations, seasonal volume, address issues, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

16. Shipping Charges
RWRTAO currently offers the following standard shipping rates for eligible U.S. orders.

Orders below $200.00 USD are charged a flat standard shipping fee of $15.00 USD.

Orders of $200.00 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.

The order value used to determine free-shipping eligibility is calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed before payment is submitted.

17. Shipping Information Provided by Customers
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

This includes the recipient’s name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, and email address.

RWRTAO is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, or returned packages directly caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Please contact us immediately if you identify an error in your delivery information.

We cannot guarantee that delivery information can be changed after fulfillment begins.

Additional delivery or reshipment costs caused by inaccurate customer-provided information may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by applicable law.

18. Tracking and Delivery
Tracking information may be provided after an order has been dispatched.

Tracking details may take approximately 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, building reception, mailroom, parcel locker, and local carrier office before contacting us.

We may assist with an appropriate carrier or fulfillment inquiry where reasonably possible.

19. Split Shipments
Some orders may be delivered in separate packages because of inventory availability, product type, package size, or fulfillment requirements.

Customers may receive separate shipping confirmations or multiple tracking numbers.

Customers will not be charged an additional standard shipping fee solely because an order is divided into multiple shipments.

20. Returns and Refunds
RWRTAO accepts eligible return requests submitted within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible returned items must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.

Applicable original packaging, tags, labels, parts, and accessories should be included.

For non-defective returns caused by customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete because of an error on our part, RWRTAO will provide an appropriate solution after reviewing and verifying the issue.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

21. Exchanges
RWRTAO may accept exchanges for eligible products within 30 days after delivery, subject to product and variant availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may recommend returning the eligible item for a refund and placing a new order.

Customer-requested exchanges may require the customer to pay applicable return or reshipping costs.
